I’ve worked hard to make complex matters of the mind simple, by using science, novel theories, logic and a surprising number of practical solutions. There is clear rationale for everything I suggest, and the dramatic results most of my clients have is in part due to my ability to focus on what matters most to you.

My program is a bit different to other approaches you may have seen or heard in conventional performance psychology. I don’t view emotions in themselves to be the problem; quite the opposite. Attempts to block out emotional issues, as typically suggested, only leads to short-term improvements. Much like a weed grows back if you don’t pull out the roots, so too will your emotional issues return if you don’t resolve the root of the problem. In my coaching, you and I tackle emotion head-on to create a lasting solution that works in even the toughest, most pressure-filled situations. That’s how I’ve helped my clients to become world champions.

I have helped a wide range of people from executives, traders, and television presenters to professional golfers, tennis players, poker players, and billiards players. The coaching process is the same for all of them, but each requires slight adjustments in my program due to the unique environment in which they are performing or competing. I prefer to specialize in order for me to have the greatest impact. That’s why I have coaching programs designed specifically for golfers, traders and poker players.
