I am really excited about the idea of working with traders in a group setting to build and refine their mental game strategies. But I want to make sure the idea actually works, both for the enrolled traders and for me, before committing to it long-term. I also want to test elements of the execution – such as how to best use the platform I’m hosting it on, how to ensure my attention is spread well across the group, what aspects of community to focus on, etc. I look forward to candid and constructive feedback from the beta users on all of this and more.

I actually want you to be familiar with my system before you join. This will ensure members share the same language and have a foundational understanding of key concepts, making the whole program more efficient and effective for all involved.

My approach will be similar in that we’ll tackle problems using my system and I will answer questions and use examples directly from enrolled members. But the Trading Psychology Masterclass was designed to teach the system and I spent a lot of time introducing key concepts and tools. Since participants in The Mental Game of Trading LIVE will already have that knowledge, I expect to go deeper and provide more direction on creating a personalized mental game strategy. 

During Office Hours I’m mainly covering basic questions. I don’t go deep into my system or review tools. Plus the audience varies between poker, esports and golf. The Mental Game of Trading LIVE is exclusively for traders and the content will be specifically tailored to the questions and challenges of the enrolled members. Participants will complete a member profile that ensures I can review basic information such as goals and common mistakes. This will allow me to go deeper on a particular problem, as I do with my 1:1 clients, and help identify the roots more quickly. Plus, with 8 live Strategy Sessions a month and a closed group, we will be able to build on questions and strategies over time. 

I like the opportunity to connect with a wide audience, so yes, as of now I plan to continue to host Office Hours.

My commitment is to offer 8 live Strategy Sessions a month that are each 1 hour long. I am aiming for 2x a week, alternating between start times of around 12:30pm and 4:15pm Eastern US Time. That said, my personal schedule includes some travel, family obligations, and life happens, so we may need some flexibility from time-to-time. For example, 1 session in one week and 3 sessions the next week. The tentative schedule, all in Eastern US Time, is:

You will still have the ability to submit questions and materials for me to review and every Strategy Session will be recorded and time stamped. You will also have access to any other videos or content I post for the group.

It’s not 1:1 coaching, so it won’t be dedicated, personal attention. But, I will be tracking which members’ questions I’m answering and tools I’m reviewing, so with 8 Strategy Sessions a month, I think it’s reasonable I can make sure the topic of each question is covered. It is very unlikely I will be able to review everyone’s materials, but I will choose ones that generally reflect the majority and ones that are unique, because the group will benefit from understanding those specific examples.

Nope. I am solely focused on mental game strategy.  

I expect there to be some form of community collaboration but I’m still working out the details. I can tell you there will be a Code of Conduct to ensure a positive and respectful environment. I’m eager to hear feedback from the beta users about what aspects of a community are most beneficial.
